Today’s post brings us to a fitness blog called Losing It - Getting Fit.  Using an open clean style blog template, the posts are easy to find and easy to read.  The writer is very informative and clear in her posts, making it easy to understand.  There are posts on recipes, weight loss, exercise, different types of diets, children’s exercises, general health tips, and a listing of other good health sites.
