Reading this blog by Jetz, I pondered about what to write. One immediate response I had during the review is - Jetz is a very likable young man. He is up front, honest, and wants to help others improve their lifestyles.
In Jetz own words this blog is “the stories, adventures, interests, motivations and actions of a young Dominican man striving to make a difference in his island home”. He gives a unique view and wisdom in his posts which we all can take to heart.

Strong Bodies is a great name for this blog. The author - Mike - posts about almost everything that has to do with maintaining strong bodies. Reading his posts, it is clear that Mike does his research. He has tons of high quality content with lots of information we need. The writing is easy to read; the content is clear.
Mike’s post are about Diet, Health, Exercise, Nutrition, Research, Supplements , and more. He goes into special teen nutrition needs, diets to avoid or slow down cancers, gives a weekly nutrition tip, and describes the different body shapes.
I suggest that if you are interested in being healthly and fit, take time to read and follow this blog.
