Do Right For Yourself - Holistic Health
Holistic Health. What is it? Wikipedia defines it as “Holistic health is a philosophy of medical care that views physical and mental aspects of life as closely interconnected and equally important approaches to treatment”.
This blog is written by a woman who is a Holistic Health Counselor that has completed her studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition/Teacher’s College at Columbia University. Her wish is to share her knowledge and experience with others to help them be the best health they can be from head to toe.
Since August of 2007, she has published over 33 posts on various subjects including yoga breathing and movements, sugar substitutes, herbs, different parts of the body - a list of categories I could not possibly list them all here.
Take a gander - what can you lose? Only some piece of information that could change your life and your health.
