I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Make Love Real. I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I found was a wonderful display of special moments in people’s lives captured in excellent photographs. Besides enjoying the quality of the photos, I also saw some neat ideas of types of poses to capture. And this group also does editorial photos.

Strong Bodies is a great name for this blog. The author – Mike – posts about almost everything that has to do with maintaining strong bodies. Reading his posts, it is clear that Mike does his research. He has tons of high quality content with lots of information we need. The writing is easy to read; the content is clear.

Mike’s post are about Diet, Health, Exercise, Nutrition, Research, Supplements , and more. He goes into special teen nutrition needs, diets to avoid or slow down cancers, gives a weekly nutrition tip, and describes the different body shapes.

I suggest that if you are interested in being healthly and fit, take time to read and follow this blog.
